Nigeria’s Junior Greco-Roman wrestler, Alfred Pakistan (67kg) has expressed readiness to win a medal at African Wrestling Championships.
The African championships kicks off on February 7th, 2018 in Port Harcourt.
Parkistan said he’ll not only depend on hard work and techniques but grace from God.
“I’m ready for the Africa Championships, my spirit is currently high and eager to wear the colors of Nigeria. I’ve been training with the Senior Greco-Roman wrestlers too”, he told aclsports.com.
“My help is not coming only from my coaches but from God the creator of heaven and earth”, Parkistan said.
Recalling his fights at the 2015 All Africa Games trials in Abuja, Parkistan said, “Anytime I remember winning the final three years ago, I begin to thank God for his grace over my life. I promise not to let my family, state and country down”.
