After four days of top class action at the Indoor Sports Hall of the University of Lagos, Ghana Police and Nigeria Customs are Champions of the Zone 3 Africa Volleyball Club Championship.

In the female category Nigeria Army completed a remarkable comeback from one set down to defeat Kada Emeralds 3-1 (22-25, 25-17, 25-12, 25-17) as they emerged third place winners.

While the male team of the Nigerian Police overcame the heartbreak of a semi-final loss to eventual winners Ghana Police by defeating Nigerian Immigration in three straight sets (25-20, 25-21, 27-25).

In the final of the Zone 3 Africa Volleyball Club Championship, Nigeria Customs retained her title following a 3-0 victory over Nigeria Immigration (25-11, 25-21, 28-26).
