Former Nigeria U17 player, Hakeem Salami has joined HaDjija Handball Club of Benin Republic from Lagos Seasiders.
Salami told www.aclsports.com that he wants to make an impact with his new team.
He believes his wealth of experience gathered in the national team and club side will be brought to HaDjija.
Salami said, “I am excited making this move to HaDjija Handball Club because it will give me the opportunity to sell myself to the world.
“The Prudent Energy Handball League in Nigeria has made me a better player and I want to make a huge statement in my new club that they made no mistake by signing me”
The former TojeMarine player promised to be a good ambassador of Nigeria handball players in Benin Republic.
“I am not only going to play handball in Benin but to represent Nigeria handball well”, he told www.aclsports.com
