Police Machines beat Tojemarine Academy 25 to 24 goals to remain at the Prudent Energy Handball League on Monday.
Police Machine win against Tojemarine Academy makes it their second win at ongoing 2021 Prudent Energy Handball League in Abuja.
An elated Police Machine Coach, Michael Adegbulu told www.aclsports.com that he knows the abilities of each of the Tojemarine players having coached them before joining Police Machine.
He said, “I feel very happy and in everything I do, I out God first. Remember I told you that I know my team will not relegate this season, with God all things are possible. Now my team is above the relegation zone in the Premier league.
“When I was in Lagos before I moved to Ibadan in 2020, I was the coach of Tojemarine I know each of them and their style of play. If you recall at the last National Division 1 League in Edo state, they beat Police Machine twice and I promised their coaches that they will see a different Police Machine at the Premier League.”
Captain of Police Machine, Tope Oriade hailed the fighting spirit of his teammates.
The former Owena Kings player said losing to Tojemarine would have seen his team return back to the National Division 1 League.
Meanwhile, Plateau Vipers are on the verge of relegating to the National Division 1 League.
Plateau Vipers won one match and lost eight matches at the ongoing 2021 Prudent Energy Handball League in Abuja.
