Remo Stars continued their dominance in the South West derbies as they humbled Sporting Lagos 2-1 in a Nigeria Premier Football League match-day four clash played in Ikenne, www.aclsports.com reports.
For the second game running at home, Remo Stars came from a goal down to beat the noisy Lagosians on their own turf. Former Heartland forward Jonathan Alukwu handed the visitors the lead before Franck Mawuena levelled midway through the first half. Alao Mohammed scored in the second half to cancel out Rangers midfielder Kazeem Ogunleye’s first-half goal.
