The 24-year-old has put pen to paper on a long-term contract with the Reds following a medical test.
Oxlade-Chamberlain, who featured in the 4-0 demolition of Arsenal at the weekend, was expected to join PL champions, Chelsea but rejected the move in favour of a switch to Anfield despite the Blues agreeing a fee with Arsenal.
The England international made 132 appearances for Arsenal during his six years stay at the club, and is currently on international duty with the Three Lions, with whom he has 27 caps for.
“I’m currently away with England, so I’m at St George’s Park. Firstly, I’m delighted to have signed for Liverpool and a big thank-you to everyone here at the FA that has made this possible, using the facilities. It has been a massive help,” Oxlade said.
“I’m not going to say too much today; I’m here with England and we’ve got two big games coming up, so I want to focus on them. But I can’t wait to get to Melwood and you’ll hear first from me on LFCTV.”
