Nigeria’s Super Eagles suffered another blow ahead of Sunday’s clash with Brazil when Stoke City midfielder Oghenekaro Etebo was ruled out of the prestige friendly on Thursday.

Etebo was expected to join up with his teammates in Singapore on Thursday morning but he has now withdrawn from the encounter.

Etebo’s withdrawal adds to the list of absentees already for the game which includes winger Samuel Kalu and more recently fullback Ola Aina.

The remaining twenty-one players however trained on Thursday afternoon (evening in Singapore) as reported by Your Sports Memo yesterday.
